Exotic Mangos

We love mangos, we love the way they smell, we love the way they taste we love eating them raw and mixing them in smoothies. We love the way they are served with sugar and chilli in exotic countries and how when you eat them you are instantly transported to a palm fringed beach.

The fresh flesh of a ripe mango contains about 15% sugar, up to 1% protein, and significant amounts of vitamins A, B and C, as well as Calcium and Phosphorus. The high Beta Carotene content makes mangos one of the top fruit sources of vitamin A.
